  Joyce has proven to go above and beyond when it came to kindness, none judgement when it came to purchasing a brand new vehicle after an MVA. Jenna was kind and understanding - patient with me when I needed a moment to process as it was a long week dealing with multiple external stressors due to MVA. Her personality was outgoing and nurturing - and she made us feel like we have been a customer/client of her for years. I would've never dreamed of even looking at the GMC Terrain and it being able to work it into my budget - and they made it happen. I am beyond grateful for the experience I had.

  I have had my vehicle serviced here. Several different times the last 2 times my vehicle was serviced at this location. The mechanics or technicians have complete disregard for my property or my vehicle. They leave my vehicle dirty and greasy inside. Last time it was there, they dug through all of my personal possessions in my vehicle. They damaged and dropped a toe hitch that was inside of my vehicle inside a secure bag. And the back hatch of my truck. The time before I was here. They damaged a camera that I had in my truck. Once again, they dropped it on the ground. I feel like the staff members are doing this intentionally. In the upper management has complete disregard. I have contacted them regarding this matter. And they told me, there's nothing they can do about it. I don't know what technicians they have here or who is digging through vehicles or what they are looking for or stealing or damaging. I would highly recommend keeping an eye on your property. While it is at joyce, g m c buick. They like getting grease all over the interior of vehicles they like digging through glove boxes and bags, and I like damaging property. I have bought several trucks from this dealer, but they have an internal problem going on that they need to deal with. Please be very cautious when dealing with this dealership.

  Stay away from the service department. The service manager James is a liar. Promises aren’t kept on pickup times. Additional charges. Suddenly found something else wrong. You should hear how he talks about the company he works for. A real class act.

  I had a small issue with a used car I purchased from Joyce Buick GMC within 100-200 miles, and when I brought it to their attention, they stood behind it and made it right; for that reason, I can honestly say I'd buy there again and recommend others as well, thanks Brian for following up on this!
