  I will never go to another dealership again. I worked with Luaay. I was looking for a very specific vehicle that arrived on his lot. I called and was told the vehicle was not ready, and would not be ready for a week or so. I was told by Luaay that he would hold the vehicle for me. Once the vehicle was ready, Luaay called me Immediately, and came in on his day off. The negotiation was seamless and honest. I was in and out within an hour. Honest, personable, respectful. I would recommend him to anyone. If you can, specifically ask for him. Everyone here was great, he was exceptional.

  I bought a car here and was told they did a "multi-point inspection". Within 100 miles or so, I found out it needs brake work and a new battery (the battery in it was the original factory battery from 2017 and it went dead on me) Seriously, I question whether they really inspected anything. This being said, I realize it's a used car, but like a fool, I believed they actually did an inspection and trusted they had. Buyer beware: don't trust their "multi-point inspection." My experience with them tells me differently.

  Patrick and everyone at Joyce made buying my new truck easy. I had pretty much decided to buy already but I had a lot of remaining questions and the process went super smooth. Very happy to have this truck which was the best deal with the most features I could find in NE Ohio. Worth the 75 minute drive!
