  Shawn and the other employees were wonderful to me! 5 star service! Quality service, kindness and patience as there were issues with the body shop. Highly recommend!

  Booked through Costco, which was very easy. This Enterprise location called me a week prior to pick up and let me know everything necessary to make it an easy transaction.

  So this is a bit late but for fathers day this year I was trying my hardest to find a convertible that was available as I had already tried to get one and had it set to grab it that Friday but unfortunately I didnt know about the recall on ford mustangs of that year so it was super hard to get them. Well luckily my enterprise in Euclid was able to get ahold of Ainsleigh and they had just gotten one back in. We'll I made the choice to go out that way to grab the car as they got it ready for me to take. I walked in to Ainsleigh with a big smile and a greeting and asked how she could help me. I told her about the car and she immediately got to showing me everything I needed to know about it and if there was any issues that she could help me out, and in fact any issue I had she immediately helped out. Then when I came back to the store she greeted me back with a smile and we got everything settled out. Would 100% recommend here with all the good service under Ainsleigh

  They gave me a car on Friday. Saturday it overheated. I pulled over and called enterprise. Its now Sunday and they still have not towed the car. This branch is not open on weekends so you have to get a replacement from the airport enterprise. They won't give you a replacement until the car gets there. Almost 24hrs now without a car. Enterprise needs to do better. I'm probably going to miss work today because of this. I missed half a day of work Saturday too. This has been an awful experience. My car was rear ended, so this is through insurance. I noticed other bad reviews from people with insurance claims. It seems like they give the insurance company rental clients the crap cars.... I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. I am now being told there is nothing they can do until Monday! They are not here to help. This is where the link takes me. Still cannot talk to someone until Monday. That's ridiculous. I missed half a day of work yesterday, a full day today and will miss at least a half day tomorrow.
