- RRRalph Russo4 days ago5.0Homey, (delicious homemade NOT STORE BOUGHT cookies at the check-in counter - thank you Annie!) pleasant, friendly, honest, trustworthy are a few adjectives that come to mind when I think of my 2 experiences with Annie’s Auto. Oh, and reasonably priced. I own a 2017 Toyota Avalon and since my purchase, have serviced my car at dealerships. But now, with high mileage and more frequent service needs, I am trusting future repairs to the more affordable and accessible Annie’s mechanical expertise via their capable staff. And supporting small business is very satisfying for me.

- MKMaura KingSep 28, 20265.0I have had so many bad experiences with shops and mechanics in the past. My son suggested Annie's Auto. What a great suggestion. The 2 people that are at the desk that assist you were professional, kind, courteous. That made me feel good to begin with . Annie's looked over my car and saved me about $2200.00 on unnecessary work. (The shop I took my car before Annie's gave me a quote I wasn't comfortable with) I cannot thank Annie's Auto enough. I finally found an Auto shop I can trust. After my experience I feel Annie's is an honest Auto repair shop and they do excellent work at a reasonable cost. Mabey I shouldn't say anything so the shop doesn't get too busy to do my vehicle. A huge thank you to all employees at Annie's!!!!
- SBSabrina BoydSep 21, 20265.0I had such a great experience with Annie’s Auto! They were able to fix my brake lights so quickly, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind, polite, and professional. It’s so nice to find a place that not only does great work but also treats their customers with respect and kindness. I really appreciate how quickly they got me taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future and would highly recommend Annie’s Auto to anyone needing work done on their vehicle! 🚗💙
- CMCalendar MasterSep 20, 20265.0Overall: Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable staff. K.C. was able to get me an appointment with very little notice, which helped immensely, resulting from a very unusually hectic medical emergency-induced week! The rest of the staff was very helpful as well and indulged my desire to learn the technical details of my car. I live on the East Side of Cleveland. But I will definitely use Annie's Auto in Avon again for future work.
