  The people you have working for you are not certified by any means . The guy behind the desk told me you can't put a new valve stem on a tpm sensor I had already purchased the stems John dow 6-201valve stem for the car he told me you can't take the tpms apart from the stem . Send them to school so they're not ignorant . I've been working on cars for over 50 years they just try to rip you off . When I told him you could take them apart and replace just the 4 stems for 30 dollars rather than over 100 dollars a piece for 4 tire sensors . Boy did he get pissed off and stormed away talking under his breath. Make sure your informed when going to the avon lake store I think they work off commission or they just like ripping people off. I hope he reads this review and educates himself before telling someone it's not possible. Tires all fixed no thanks to TIRE CHOICE . You don't know what your talking about and your a tire store . Go to Firestone in avon big help.

  Extremely rude and terrible customer service. I don’t know how they haven’t turned away all their customers. My car started to sound unsafe, and I felt this location was the only location I could get to safely. I knew the sounds were coming from a pothole I struck earlier, and so I wanted to ensure that it would not be covered by insurance. Their quote was $3,800 for the repairs. The process of getting my adjuster to the car took approximately a week, which included a weekend where insurance does not operate. During that time, Phil and Paul repeatedly harassed me for a decision in an attempt to get me to pay the full amount. After the adjuster denied my claim, I stated for the fourth or fifth time that I would not be spending $3800 to repair a hybrid car with 240,000 miles on it and the original hybrid battery. Only after the adjuster denied my claim and I refused the cost again did Phil tell me that not every repair was necessary and that the repairs that addressed the immediate safety of the vehicle would cost only $1,100, and to get my business, would do it for $1,000. Since I have other, significantly cheaper options, I attempted to further negotiate a better price with Phil. I mentioned that I was unhappy with my service since I felt they had been pushy. He immediately denied it, despite him and his coworker having called me at least once each day to attempt to sell me $3,800 in repairs that he admitted were not immediately necessary. I had already made it clear that I was waiting myself for answers and that I was not interested. Furthermore, upon me sharing my unpleasant experience, Phil felt insulted enough to tell me to retrieve my car, indicating he was no longer interested in my business. In short, Tire Choice is a criminally dishonest company that will lie to sell you parts and service you don’t need and that will harass you in their attempt to do so. They have terrible customer service that will take insult to respectfully shared concerns and lose their company business due to their egos. This was my first experience with them, and I will never give these crooks my business.
