  This is the only place I’ve ever taken my vehicle to be washed. The last two or three times I saw a piece of the fabric that is used to wash vehicles stuck behind a piece of trim on my wheel well, it’s just an air deflector, however there is a hole in the metal fender-well for a clip to hold this air deflector on. A couple of weeks ago I noticed that this piece was out and I had to push it back into the hole that holds the clip and plastic piece. Even though I had a $40 “works unlimited” pass I stopped at the window and told them about this. Well the trim piece finally ripped off. These guys told me the Car Wash did not cause the damage even though I’ve seen it start coming off over the past month. So they lost a $40 a month customer because they didn’t want to replace a $50 piece of plastic that comes factory on new trucks.

  Always amazing and friendly staff. Darwin is literally awesome!!! Its fast, clean, and theres always room at the vacuums.

  Amazing car wash. Seamless entry, I use the app for free wash, but I’m sure the cashier lane is great as well. Wash brushes appeared to not be abrasive, and the other services are good. Reasonable prices for washes, free vacuums, and they also offer detail kits for purchase, including a few amenities. Drying is all right on a sedan. The only thing I see issue with is the fact that there’s no attendant loading you onto the belt. I personally have no issue with this, I work at a car wash so I have much experience doing this from both points of view, but I imagine this might be somewhat difficult for older folks to get their car lined up correctly. 10 out of 10, would come again.

  A month ago I went for my first time, the young guy had me quickly reply to a text alert to receive special offers and confirm I’m in their system. He did NOT tell me by replying that I would be signing up for a monthly subscription. Yesterday I found a surprise charge on my credit card for a monthly subscription, and today the manager, Brandy, refused to issue a refund or acknowledge the error of their employees for not properly disclosing what the customer is actually agreeing too. She expects customers to read all the fine print while holding up the line. Will not return due to deceptive sign up of monthly subscription and failure to refund their error. Poor service. This is a fraudulent way for them to increase their profits.
