- GMGreg MeekApr 22, 20263.0The Good: 1) Wyatt was friendly and helpful 2) The tires look good, and for a fair price 3) Alignment was included, and they provide you with a printout of the before and after measurements The Bad: 1) My TPMS no longer works. I don't know if they broke a sensor or what. I've tried resetting, but that failed. 2) I had specialized tire valve caps on when I got there. Only one remains, and the others were replaced with standard plastic caps. 3) When I setup the service, I did NOT choose the roadside warranty (around $100). After getting home and reviewing the receipt, they had charged me for it anyway. My fault for not reviewing the bill more closely prior to payment I guess. 4) My lug bolts were so tight, I had to use a 4 foot breaker bar to loosen and properly torque them to spec. My paperwork said that the torque had been checked (and double-checked) which is obviously not the case. If you're stuck on the side of the road with a standard lug wrench, there's no way you would have gotten these wheels off, and I'm 6'3" and 240lbs. Summary: make sure your TPMS works, check for the add-on roadside assistance warranty on your bill, ask them to torque your lugs to the proper spec.

I was traveling from out of town on Friday night when my tire light came on. Nathan the staff at the shop were available first thing on Saturday morning to help. I dropped the car at 8AM, and they'd found and patched a leak by 10AM. I was able to get back on the road to travel home as planned Saturday afternoon. Outstanding and prompt service! I've had great experiences with all of the Tire Discounters locations I've visited. Thanks!
