  Took my fiat 500 here to fix door handles that broke off, first time I was told I brought the wrong part, no biggie I went and got the correct part and they fixed the drivers side first. There was no charge the dude said it was so easy and to not even worry about it I was beyond thankful. The same guy told me the just buy the same part for the other side so I did and brought it back a different guy fixed it. I then thought everything was good until I later realized my car didn’t lock anymore. I called and brought it in for them to look at today, they told me it was the drivers side that was the problem and that they did not do that side and were so rude about it calling us liars to our face and laughing at us and the one guy who fixed the passenger was saying he was the only guy who did those kinds of services which is obviously complete bs because a different dude fixed it in the first place and said the guy I described doesn’t exist. They said if I took it there I would have played for it (not true again lmao) I recommend this place to several friends and family after the first guy said to not worry about it, I wish I could take that back. I hope nobody comes here for any service and has to tolerate the rudeness from the dude at the front desk.

  I was on Interstate 71 driving between my home in Columbus to visit family in Cleveland. I got a large nail in my tire and immediately searched for a place to fix my tire. Mr. Tire was able to get me in and out in less than 20 minutes and back on the road. I was blown away by how quickly and efficiently this went.
