  I was charged way too much for a synthetic oil change. I had a $25 off scan code that was not applied. I was told by Ace I was getting a discount on the cabin filter. I did not get a discount. I was told the receipt would be emailed by Ace it was not. I called back the next day because I did not receive my receipt and wanted to know why my bill was over $200. I was told when I called Ace put in the wrong email and now I would have to stop by the store to pick up my receipt. It was so inconvenient and soo high priced. I wont return to Valvoline again. I have never paid $205 for a synthetic oil change and 2 filters. One filter was $59 plus the other was $29. So what service was I actually given? My discount code was not scanned. I did not get a discount on the cabin filter. Did I actually get an oil change? I’m not sure because my light on Honda never turned on that I needed an oil change and was not adjusted when I left. I was being pro active because I drive out of town a lot. Very expensive mistake going to Valvoline. I won’t return to store in Amherst. Very disappointing. I feel that because I'm a female I was taken advantage of.

  Fantastic service… even though they were busy I got in fast. Every technician was working hard. Everyone was very friendly. Ace was really great… answering my questions with a smile. Very professional and I can’t say how much I appreciate the service. Needed an oil change and AC service… didn’t feel high pressure to add products or added services. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

  Staff was very nice but I don't like that the prices are not posted and I did not get a receipt. I replaced one filter which he said was $20 and it was $140 for that and an oil change and I had a $15 off coupon. I didn't pay as much last time at a different Valvoline location. I can't even find the prices listed online. I have been going there consistently for years but I am no longer near the other location so I think it's time to find somewhere else cheaper now that shows the prices I'm paying ahead of time.

  They were fast ! BUT did not top of my fluids or check the tire pressure! Was disappointed this visit . You pay for this service and I didn't get what I paid for. Not one to complain but seriously..... had no washer fluid ect.
