The staff was nice. Friendly. But we have issue with the oil change. As soon as we finished and pulled out out truck started ticking in the engine. I went back in and asked them to recheck the oil and it showed full. The only other thing I found was they could have used a generic oil filter and out engine isn't getting enough pressure fonto that. So now I have to take it to the Ford auto shop and have them look at it. They used a device at the Valvolene. It was a vacuum and sucked the oil out. Also the drain plug could be loose so I'm watching for leaks. The filter could be loose and causing issues. But it's going to cost me money to find it and fix it. I don't think I will go to any fast oil change place again. I want a mechanic handling our truck.

Tried Valvoline out because of the coupon I got in the mail. Excellent experience the whole 12 minutes I was there- the team worked so well together to get the job done quickly. Explained all my options to me and everything they were doing as they did it. It was so nice to not have to make an appointment and go in and wait an hour for the car to be done. I will only go here for oil changes from now on.

The new location in Amherst is awesome. Great service by a friendly and helpful team. This new shop also has the ability to rotate tires which is an added bonus!

I had a great experience at the new Valvoline location next to Dovin's Funeral Home. Ace and his team were very knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. If you're ever in the need for an oil change, I highly recommend stopping by here and asking for Ace. You won't be disappointed, and you won't regret it.
