  Came in on a Sunday and there was an issue getting the part ordered, which caused a long wait. Once the manager stepped in, they got everything taken care of and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I really appreciated them making it right and taking care of me as a customer!

  Multiple visits here and they were great at first. The last couple visits I had made me stop going. I booked online for one, called in to confirm my appointment and was told yes. Arrived and nobody was there. Was patient guy came in and proceeded to tell me I didn't have an appointment. Took my car anyway and never called when work was finished. Last time...I bought tires. I again scheduled online and called. I confirmed the tires were in stock and let the guy know my last issues. He said he would pull the tires and set my paperwork aside so there would be no issue. I came in and again the guy couldn't find my paperwork, said nobody pulled tires and proceeded to let me know how scrappy some of the workers are. He told me it would be a few days before the tires I requested would come in. I was in a pinch so I bought what they had. He then found my other tires but not my paperwork. So tried to give me a different price. After all of that...again no call when the work was done. Mistakes happen but again the worker proceeded to blame everybody else that he worked with for the issues.

  I've used Mr. Tire in Amherst for car repairs in the past and always had good experiences, which is why I called them for a brake job. Unfortunately, this time I couldn't even get a straightforward estimate. Every call was routed to a call center that could only provide a "starting at" price instead of an actual quote for the work I needed. I wasn't interested in going through a lengthy process just to get a basic estimate, so I decided to call another shop instead. It's disappointing because the local service has been good in the past, but the new call center setup made what should have been a simple phone call frustrating.
