  Shipped a set of tires from Tire rack to them. Called to schedule an appointment. Upon speaking with their answering service, I questioned whether Tire rack was correct, and that they included the TPMS rebuild with the fees. "Yes,sir. We can take care of that for you." - Sara Finally spoke with someone who actually works there and they indicated that they were unaware of the policy, but would figure it out and get back to me. Michael called me the following day to change my appointment because (I assume) someone needed a day off. Frustrating, but stuff happens... I, again, asked Michael if this was included. "Yep. Remind them when you check in." Upon arrival, I inform the tech of the above and was charged for both the TPMS rebuilds and a disposal fee. (70ish for the TPMS rebuild and 15 for disposal) I've attached a screenshot that I just took of their fees on Tire rack. Super sketchy. Very dishonest.

  Appt was scheduled but they were 2 hrs behind. I get being down a technician, things happen BUT don't take the appointment when you know it won't happen. Worse yet, I wasn't allowed to wait for my vehicle. Had to drop it off and leave. Not sure how this place has any repeat customers.

  This is my 5th vehicle serviced here. While they have been great for 4 vehicles, this experience soured me. I scheduled 4 days prior for a standard oil change/tire rotation. I had an appointment at 2pm, knowing there would be a wait. I asked my son to bring the vehicle. He had a friend pick him up because of a delay. It wasn't ready until after 6pm. When the vehicle was picked up, the fluids were not topped off and the tires were not rotated. It was only ready then because I called just before 6 pm to see when it would be completed. I understand staffing issues. If it couldn't be handled correctly, in a timely manner, the shop should have cancelled/rescheduled. I come here because of the service. Paying $125 and not receiving the service I paid for is quite disappointing. Especially after it being a relatively simple service and keeping the vehicle for over 4 hours.
