- MWMr. WillisSep 28, 20261.0This is kinda hard to review because the people here were great but had a issue on the road and the roadside assistant was horrible customer service people horrific i will never rent anything from enterprise ever again they were more worried about a vehicle being under warranty than getting it fixed so my family would be safe traveling back home we had to drive a messed up vehicle back to Ohio from Tennessee but once again this review is not for the gentlemen at my Amherst Ohio store this review hopefully gets to the corporate office soon as possible because because my family was truly scared trying to get back home but I will give 5 stars to the gentlemen at my Amherst Ohio

- AIAlisa IAug 25, 20265.0Got my rental, a show and added respect for this location. Picked up my car today and got a free upgrade because of low inventory. Which I always love so much because I’m a long time customer. After getting my car, I went back in to ask how to use the CarPlay. The only worker that day(forgot to get his name) was getting cussed out by a customer because he wouldn’t rent his son a car without a license(duhhh) his son called him a r*t**d and the dad called him every name in the book. The employee working handled it with grace and refused to rent him a car at this location and kindly asked him to leave. As he was walking out the door he called the worker a effing ahole. I have a special needs family member and I do not take that word lightly that the son used. Although it was extremely entertaining, I feel really bad for the gentleman working who had to deal with such disrespect. He then apologized to everyone in the store and helped me with my CarPlay. 10/10 experience, hopefully that man learns his lesson and gets banned from renting with enterprise. Will forever be booking with this location and recommending it to everyone. We love a company who stands for what’s right!
