- MLMackenzie Logan4 days ago1.0Absolutely miserable experience. Do NOT waste your time or money renting from this location. We showed up with a confirmed reservation, only to be told they didn’t have our car. Meanwhile, the lot was full of vehicles, but they flat-out refused to give us one because they were "reserved" for someone else. Apparently, our reservation meant absolutely nothing to them. If you claim to care about customer service, you actually do what it takes to fix your own screw-ups. Unbelievable. Go to National Enerald Isle and pick your own car!!

The customer service is horrible the manager, Juan Guerra-Valenzuela Was very rude unprofessional he refused to replace my vehicle because I did not live in the area and was driving back to another state. He stated he did not have any cars for me while two other attendance that work there stated that they did his reason was because he did not want the vehicle driven back to another state which is completely inappropriate, which caused major concerns for me and my family. This person should not be working at Enterprise. I should not be working in customer service! I’ve been Enterprise many years, but I’m discontinuing service with them based on this horrible experience!
