We hit some snags with payment options since enterprise doesnt accept our particular debit cards, even with enough money on it. They were very helpful in helping us brainstorm alternative ways to pay, and assisted in making phone calls to ensure everything would work out since we really needed the car for a new job while ours was in the shop. They were very busy but never made us feel rushed or that they wouldn't do whatever they needed to do to help us out! It took hours to work everything out, but they worked with us with a very pleasant attitude, and ultimately, their helpful suggestions worked and we were able to arrange payment for the rental car! I would definitely recommend doing business with the Amherst Enterprise location. It started out stressful, with a broken down car, and new job, and rejected debit cards (Enterprise doesnt accept PayPal, even if you have enough money on it) but the agents had such a lovely and pleasant attitude in helping us work everything out (bank debit cards work though 🙂) the day ended much better than it started, in a clean well running rental car!

The wait time even with a reservation was lengthy but they did their best to accommodate everyone. Zya helped me get into a quality vehicle. She apologized profusely for the wait. Her customer service skills are impeccable. Her team is definitely a great group of hardworking individuals. I will come to them time and time again!
