I had my check engine light come on and went to Ford first about it, seeing how it was saying my catalytic converter was needing repair. They wanted about $6k to fix it and keep it stock. So I got curious and went to Tire Discounters and they recommended a diagnostic test to make sure it wasn't something else. Turns out the problem fixed itself, for now. But Ford never even offered to do a diagnostic test. It's nice to know there is a place to go to that deals very fairly and economically for the consumer. I recommend Tire Discounters very highly, and so does the rest of my family. You won't be disappointed!!

I brought my vehicle in for a precision alignment, and it left with a persistent steering wheel tilt to the left. When I brought this up, the explanation I was given was technically unsound and dismissive of the actual geometry issues. I shouldn’t have to fight for a straight steering wheel and correct specs. I’ll be escalating this to corporate for a refund and taking my business to a shop that respects technical expertise and customer safety."Update May 9: The shop is claiming in this reply to have called and left a voicemail This is false. No voicemail was left, and no written resolution has been provided in the 5 days since. I have moved forward with a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney General (Case #1200214570) due to the safety issues (Steering Angle Sensor/DSC) and the refusal to honor the alignment warranty. I am only requesting a full refund at this point."
