    If I could leave 0/5 I would. I’ve been renting from enterprise for the last 3 weeks and my service for the price is unacceptable. Two NEW cars malfunctioning in a row. They allowed two cars to go on the road that were hazardous and when I called to get them switched they gave me the run around and I called 6 different locations and showed up to 3. Finally had to have the car TOWED to a shop an hour away from my work. The dangerous state of the vehicle could have cost me and my young children out lives. Trying to file a complaint with cooperate also gives you the run around. “Has to go through the branch manager first” but they don’t seem concerned or want to escalate a dangerous situation. Also lost a days worth of wages at work due to the complications of both vehicles. PLEASE RENT A CAR ANYWEHRE BUT HERE!
