Asked to speak to anyone else and was refused. She got mad because I kept telling her that her terminology for a specific part was wrong and not what I was wanting. Needless to say, she got so rude I hung up. Horrible place. Horrible customer service. Place needs shut down. I planned to spend alot of money for alot of parts. Now I won't.
