On last minute notice, they made me an appointment for what I consider a ‘dire’ circumstance. On the day I stopped in, I was given an appointment for the very next day. Never have I found another auto business that is so accommodating! In less than 24 hours, I was able to pick up my vehicle. All due to the diligence and customer service provided by Koby and Cooper. I want to thank them for such perfect customer service. Both are an absolute positive asset to the Van’s Tire Pros of Alliance. Because of their amazing customer service and professionalism, I will only frequent this particular establishment. It is my pleasure to ‘spread the word’ to others that Van’s is ‘the’ place to go for all of their automotive needs.
