- RHRaymond HurfordJun 22, 20261.0I would give zero stars if I could. The staff was very misleading when discussing pricing and services. The day before my appointment i had conversation with employee explaining my pedal vibration issue and I was told one price presumably to get my business ($135 per tire for 2 tires which was more tha likly the issue) then after my car was there they stated I needed all 4 tires and an alignment totaling an excessive $950. I asked for breakdown and was met with annoyance from employee. Everything was broke down and I asked if I needed an alignment to fix my issue and if that could be done at a later date and he stated that he would let me know if alignment was needed and the new total was $740. I get to shop after work completed and paid. He never told me I needed anything thing further (alignment) so I get in my car drive down the road and my issue was not resolved, still had vibration in my pedal. Very unhappy with paying $747, not having my issue resolved (wondering if my tires even needed replaced) and was treated as an annoying customer. Going forward I will use local mechanics and tire locations and will be vocal about my experience with friends, family, coworkers and the over 1.7k followers on my social media applications.
