I have been coming there for years but will never go back or recommend because of him. He Lied about pricing. Tried to charge $600 when it was indeed $300. Mike however was very, VERY helpful. Gave me an extra spare when Sam tried to get him to lie and say they didn't have one. Explained the problems in detail. Was very compassionate, kind and helpful. A great worker who deserves recognition for his excellent customer service.
- PNPhil NovellinoMay 4, 20261.0Came here today to get a leaking tire fixed. I brought just the wheel and tire in. It was leaking around the bead on the backside and just needed the corrosion cleaned off the bead. The service advisor that came out to look at the tire looked pretty unprofessional, he saw some dry cracking on the sidewall of the tire and said he there wasn’t anything he could do with it because of that. I said ok I’d take it elsewhere. No “have a good day” or anything either. Took it to another tire shop that did it no problem in about 10 min. Will not come back to Mr. Tire and would absolutely not recommend them to anyone.
