  Had a rental car scheduled for noon on day of pick up. Show up to get the car, turns out they dont have one for us. Offered a large suv, but it wouldn't be ready for atleast an hour. We rented a CAR for a reason. Then blamed us for making the reservation too soon before, mind you it was more than a day in advance. If you weren't going to have a car ready, wjy would you let us make the reservation or why would you not call to tell us you didnt have one. This isn't the first time we have had a problem like this here. Will absolutely never use this location or Enterprise again!

  Friendly staff picked me up and dropped me off at my auto repair/ collision shop upon acquiring and returning my rental car. Seamless, easy process to rent and return. The rental car was clean and easy to drive. Thank you Enterprise!!
