- SJSoud Z Jaradat5 days ago1.0My Audi went to Quality Body Shop for major hail damage repairs. After I got the car back, I found scratches, PDR marks, small dents, damaged-looking trim/chrome areas, and other quality issues. I had to return the car a second time, and I am still not satisfied with the condition of the vehicle. They also gave my insurance a discount to get the repair job, but in my experience, the quality of the work did not match what I expected from a certified shop working on an Audi. I also felt they were careless with my car and more focused on the money than customer satisfaction. I was very concerned when an Audi dealer did not want to take the car after seeing how it had been repaired. Please inspect your vehicle very carefully before accepting it and document everything with photos and videos. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop at all for new cars.
