  Recently had a truck repair done at this location, and would highly recommend to anyone in need of great service. Employee who worked on my truck, Ryan, did an awesome job and got it done quickly and properly. He explained what he did and clearly cared to do his best. Workers like that keep us all safer on the road. No complaints and no further issues since repair. Would definitely return.

  Worst truck rental experience I've had, for a few reasons. 1) Had a reservation for 9:00a, didn't leave in a truck until 9:50a. There were 4 other that had 9am reservations and only one person working. They did discount my mileage cost for the wait, but in the long run this is the least of the problems. 2) There is absolutely no reason I should have to take a selfie to get a rental truck - I'm 37. I get the front and back photos of the drivers license, but why do you need a selfie to verify my license? Link wouldn't work on my phone so I had you use the employee phone to complete this part for the rental. 3) Truck was leaking oil and had a significant steering wheel wobble when breaking, potentially warped rotors? Didn't notice the oil leak until I got to my house to load furniture, now there's oil in my driveway. 4) At no point was I informed that there was a section of their parking lot that would be closed and locked after hours. I rented on a Saturday thinking I could return the truck, get back in my car, and drive home. I get there to return the truck at 4:10pm Saturday, they are closed, all gates are closed and locked, and I cannot get my personal vehicle back. They aren't open Sundays, so now I have no way to get my vehicle back until they open on Monday. I work full time, 45 minutes away, so I will have to take time off work now just to get my vehicle back during their business hours. (Also, I had to drive additional miles to my house and back to have someone follow me to return the rental truck and bring me back home, so I'll be charged for the extra mileage as well because they locked my personal vehicle in) I will never rent from Penske again. *** In response to Penske, how about instead of apologizing and saying my feedback will help you improve, you have someone call me and meet me at the facility to get my vehicle back on Sunday then reimburse me for the Uber I'm going to have to pay for to get there? I have to miss work to get me vehicle during your business hours now, but no one can be inconvenienced on your end to open the property on a Sunday for me to get my vehicle back? I've worked in supply chain, sales, and service for the last 15 years and there are almost always simple solutions that a company can take to rectify a situation like this. Instead of working on those simple solutions, you are choosing to just tell me my feedback will be considered in the future... That is an inaction to the situation and does not improve the customer relationship.
