  I brought my 2018 Honda Ridgeline into RNR Tire Express on Arlington Road with a set of Nomad Sahara 18x8.5 wheels and needed my existing tires dismounted from my old OEM wheels and mounted onto the new ones. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. The team listened to what I needed, explained the process clearly, and set realistic expectations on timing. When I came back to pick everything up, I was not disappointed. The tires were mounted perfectly — no scratches on the new wheels, no scuffs, just clean work. The balance was smooth at every speed, and my Ridgeline looks better than ever. The shop was clean, the staff was friendly without being pushy, and the whole experience was hassle-free. It's nice to find a shop that actually cares about doing the job right. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending them to anyone looking for tire work in Akron.

  I went back because I bought four tires there I went back because the front tires on the car that they put on kept going flat losing air so I didn’t fill these tires up like four or five times both of them throughout the year. I’ve only had the tires a year. I took it back to find out why I have to keep filling these tires up and they’re telling me that my wheel wheel was dirty and there was some things that should’ve been done with the wheel wheel and I’m asking them. Why wasn’t it done before the tires were put on but he’s showing me a picture of it and it was a very very horrible wheel wheel so I said why would you guys put on tires when it looked like that it should’ve been that should’ve been taken care of before the tires were put on and he told me to take my car and leave his shop so he didn’t help me. He kicked me out of Shop. It wasn’t the same guy that I had put the tires on and what they had did is I found out later that when they took my tires off my car one was bad and I changed all four of them and I had $250 tires on my car each tire was $250 and they gave me some low rate tires on my car that didn’t cost cost nothing $50 anyway they ripped me off of my tires and then they wouldn’t even stand behind. They work on the tires they put on my car. It was a horrible, horrible visit and I still have to find somebody to fix my my tires. They’re still leaking.

  I had purchased my tires through another source and was grateful for the guys at Mr. Tire for installing them for me and taking the old ones off my hands ( for a small fee of course). After inspecting my car, they did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I plan on returning next month to get a new muffler and maybe a transmission pan repair because I was treated with respect and honesty.

  Actually I was in and out very satisfied customer I’d recommend anyone I know service was great very pleasant and handled like they care about what they do and the business thank you
