  I used them because they deal with CarShield and had check engine light on. My car started leaking water on front passenger floor so I took my car back there and found out it was the heater core so I let them fix it to the tune of over 1700 hundred dollars. About 4 months later I had to take my car back for a leak Bob denied ever working on my car for anything. I had to have CarShield call them and take my credit card to show they were paid. My interior was all greasy the trim was buckled. Now there is another leak and I took it to a different shop and was told a bottom piece from my windshield was not replaced and of course Bob has no idea what I’m talking about. I will never service that place again !!!

  Purchased tires online, and only charged minimum amount for new sensors because caps were "frozen" to 3 of 4 stems.

  Just called asking to get a quote to get new tires for my commercial vehicle and the lady hung up on me. No clue why either.

  I had no worst experience ever I took my car because it wasn't pulling right and it's still not even running out I paid $2,500 for them to do a whole bunch of work that didn't need to be done and my car is still broke in the driveway I had to call the police and make a police report and I pray that they make it right so I won't have to file a lawsuit it was the worst experience ever I wouldn't even give it a star but it don't have that option
