  We picked up our Jeep Wrangler from Friess Welding & Summit Trailer today after having it set up for flat towing behind our RV, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the first visit for pricing to the day we picked it up, everyone at Friess was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. It's obvious they take pride in their work and in treating customers the right way. A special thank you to Chris, who was absolutely outstanding. As first-time flat towers, we had plenty of questions. He took all the time we needed to walk us through the entire setup step by step, making sure we understood exactly how everything worked before we left. He patiently answered every question and shared valuable tips and tricks that only come from years of experience. At no point did we feel rushed. One thing that really stood out was that Chris gave us a marked-up wiring diagram specific to our installation. He explained that if we ever had an issue while traveling, another technician would have a much easier time diagnosing it. That kind of forethought and customer care is becoming rare and speaks volumes about the way Friess does business. As if that wasn't enough, Chris even called us a few hours after we left just to make sure we made it home safely, to ask how everything went, and to see if we had any questions. That level of follow-up is exceptional and shows they truly care about their customers long after the work is finished. Because of Chris and the entire Friess team, we left feeling confident and excited instead of intimidated by our first flat-towing experience.   Payed to have some table bases for a restaurant extended . Quoted 160$ at drop off , payed 320$ upon pick up . That’s not a big deal . Except they did the most butchered welding job I’ve ever seen in my life knowing these are table bases are for a restaurant everyone will see, they left giant steel corner sticking out of poles that people could cut themselves on. !! Please see the pictures below. This is what we can expect from here. On top of all this, they did eight bases, Four of them are all 2 inches short. Can’t even use them . Big waste of money not a good feeling

  These guys are great here true owner operated company hard to find that now a days. There rebuilding my consesion trailer putting new rails and new toung on trailer. Simply that they did not turn and run the other way was great because its not an easy job. Tells you they dont only do the gravy work. One of two owners the wife was great she took great care of the older gentleman in front of me took great attention to explain stuff to him. Could not get a better set of people to do the work that needed done on my trailer. I know about these guy by my stepfather. He had his consesion trailer that he build on a light trailer snap behind the rear wheels 7k trailer and it was probably 10k they where able to straighten it up and make it so it could handle the load. He then used this trailer for many years after the repair. With out any further issues. They would be my goto for any metal work and Fred there welding new it would be a difficult job and he still took it knowing there lot was full of work. Theres a reason they have alot of work. Thats what happens when you do truly great work.
