  To Whom It May Concern, I am filing this complaint because I believe I was unfairly refused service after the West Market location contacted another location and gave false information about me. I was told that West Market claimed I did not have a debit card available, which is not true. I do have a debit card, and I went through extra steps specifically to make sure I had the required payment method. After that reason did not work, staff then changed the issue and began claiming that I was somehow preventing them from making the reservation because I was documenting employee names and what was being said. Documenting names and details is not interference. I was documenting because I had already been argued with, dismissed, and treated unfairly, and I wanted an accurate record of who I spoke with and what was stated. Instead of simply helping me make a reservation or explaining the policy clearly, staff appeared to use my documentation as another excuse to deny service. This situation feels retaliatory and dishonest. I am requesting that Enterprise review the calls, notes, and employee conduct involved, especially any communication from the West Market location to other branches about me. I would also like a clear written explanation of why I was refused a reservation when I had the required debit card and was willing to comply with the rental requirements. Thank you, D Petway
