  The Medina location is HORRIBLE! Charges your card without telling you, no receipts sent and never answer the phone! Forget about trying to call corporate! I was overcharged and charged for something my insurance paid for. Sent several emails. Made numerous phone calls. NOTHING! The only person that seems to know what they’re doing there is George. The “manager” needs to learn how to be more professional as well. They called me about returning a car I had already returned! I traded in three times! Completely clueless! I’d give zero stars if I could! When I bought my car I should’ve been able to leave the rental car at the dealership…nope! They made me return it to a local enterprise and even they said the Medina store was horrible! My advice is go elsewhere!

  Literally reserved a car 5 days in advance and they didn't it was a Mercedes we asked for and they tried to give me a Ford Escape and then told me to go to Akron-Canton airport where I wasted my gas time.

  Great people work here and anytime I run into issues they're quick to correct it or compensate however they can. Keep in mind there is dynamic rental costs for example a minivan in August is twice as expensive as one in November. Also of you get a free upgrade for any kind of an issue make sure to get it in wrighting :)

  My car insurance setup this location while my car was in for repair while there the young lady with reddish hair assisted me when I came in she told me that all she had available to match the type car I had was Nissan altima and this is the only car she had available and nothing else was available I said if this is the only option I will take it. She walked outside and showed me the vehicle and had me sign her device and charged my debit card $61 for the $50 security deposit that's promised to be returned after the rental is returned with no damage and gave me the keys the repair shop kept my car from July 3rd until July 20th. On July 14 enterprise fraudulently charged my debit card $29.34 I called this location on turkey foot rd and spoke to Trey to find out why he explained that I was being charged because the associate who gave me the car gave me an upgraded vehicle and these charges where taxes and fees and that my insurance did not cover any more days . I said so if my insurance did not cover the car than that means they are going to charge my card every day and he said no we will take it out of your security deposit and if you owe anymore money after your security deposit runs out we will charge you what's owed. I called geico and explained what they said and my insurance confirmed that all Rental expenses were paid up and approved and she explained that enterprise sent in that this is a standard vehicle given and the total was $29.34 with amount taxes the same amount withdrawn out of my account geico called enterprise and explained that they could not take my security deposit and nothing notated about an upgrade. Trey got back on the phone and I explained what the geico agent said he went to review the files and there was no notation about an upgrade I described the lady I worked with and he came back with an attitude and said we will just refund me and ended the call. When I came in today both Trey and the associate who processed the original rental agreement was there. I assumed I worked with the manager who was friendly and I explained to him why I had a bad customer service experience and I showed him the bank charges and what was said and he confirmed the vehicle that was given to me was a standard vehicle not an upgrade and he put in to give me my security deposit. The vehicle that I had was nice its not the car this rating is solely about enterprise and the rental process. I don't know how many people this has been processed against please address the work ethic of your employees and review prior contracts.
