⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience
Absolutely terrible experience with the service department and the complete lack of communication. My camper has been sitting at this dealership for six weeks now, and as of today, I STILL do not have it back!
The entire process has been nothing but excuses, delays, and broken promises. First, we’re waiting on parts. Then, we’re waiting to get on the schedule. Then, when I’m told the camper is scheduled to be worked on, the work still doesn’t get completed as promised.
I completely understand that parts can take time and schedules can get backed up, but there’s absolutely no excuse for repeatedly telling a customer something is going to get done and then failing to follow through. What’s even more frustrating is having to constantly chase down updates instead of the dealership taking the initiative to communicate.
As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer service, communication, and standing behind your word. Unfortunately, this dealership has failed miserably in all three areas.
Six weeks later, I’m still without my camper, still waiting for the work to be completed, and still dealing with a lack of communication. Completely unacceptable.
I will NEVER purchase another camper from this dealership, NEVER bring one here for service again, and certainly NEVER recommend them to anyone.
If you’re considering purchasing a camper or having service work done here, I strongly suggest thinking twice. Customer service doesn’t end when the sale is made, and this dealership has completely lost my trust and future business.

Bri in service was amazing, on top of all the things I needed completed in a timely fashion. Mike installed a new hitch in my new truck. I had watched three YouTube videos on this hitch and was prepared to ask a lot of questions, but Mike explained everything so thoroughly as he demonstrated the hitch I had none. He even checked the adapter on the king pin and switched it. Only one video even addressed it. George met with me to review the questions I had after my first campout. A great experience for dealing with my first solar panel.highly recommend CW, Akron

Zero zero zero is what this pla e deserves
Terrible experience here.
Dropped our rv off mid August for roof damage caused by winds.
Almost immediately we are met by Wade the sales manager. He is showing us new rvs???
We are here to assess the damage to our roof. We do not want a new rv???
After the initial estimate we made an appt to see what the trade in would be and maybe just maybe get a new one.
Appt with Derrick today but he's not in???
Nick steps in to see if he can help.
He messages Wade and Derrick.
Wade yells at him loud enough for us to hear. They have to go to the service department.
Then a call and the lowest most insulting offer ever.
We say
We are taking her elsewhere.

1st of all we had an appt . That the sales team failed to show up for and it didnt work out so get our rv and we are leaving. She says it will take about half hour

Husband goes back to service department and sees our rv. Asks for the key.
Kathleen can't find it. Asks the other girl at the counter if she has it. Nope
She starts running around and even checking her own pockets???

After quite awhile husband says
Could it be in the rv.
She has the girl next to her if she can call the guy that dropped it off..she calls and yes the keys are in the rv.

Why was this so hard to figure out?
She says
Next time make an appt.
He says wont be a next time.
She proceeds to say make an appt.

But she is crazy wound up and yapping her head off.
