  I did an exchange for my breaks on a tuesday and they were under warranty.And when I came in to do the refund, there was a gentleman who stated he knew what he was doing, but I do not believe he did, and it had been over a week.And went to see what was going on in person in store went in store.There was an employee that was arguing with another employee about a car scanner.Being just not professional at all.Then, I had talked to a manager on the phone, stating that he would check in on it on sunday when he came in.Because the day I came in to find out what was going on. There what's not anybody experienced enough to take care of my issue. I have $120 floating in limbo right now.Because the staff did not know how to do the return. I do not like that.I am shorted money and I was told that somebody would look in on it on a certain day and call me and that did not follow through. Then, when I called in the gentleman I had spoken to was not very professional. At all, it's been that way with this store. This whole time with unprofessionalism, there are staff that are very professional in doing what they can with the tools that they have at their disposal. Still trying to get this issue resolved.We'll be going in person on monday.

  Needed check engine light scan. They were able to do it very quick because they weren't busy. Super awesome.
