After getting my oil changed, I later discovered that several screws were missing from the cover that protects the engine’s oil pan. Because of this, the cover came loose while I was driving, scraped against the ground, and ended up getting damaged — and it was a brand new part. I went back to the shop to explain what happened, expecting them to take responsibility. Instead, they denied everything and claimed the part was already like that before, which is simply not true. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive throughout the entire conversation. This kind of negligence and poor customer service is unacceptable, especially when it can lead to further damage and safety issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be careful and double-check their work if you decide to go there.
