  So I’m down from Florida. We’re driving out of the Bronx and bam! I hit a pothole and my left front tire goes flat. At that point, I thought for sure I was going to miss my flight in Albany having to drive 50 mph on the donut the whole way. That’s when I spotted Mavis tire off the interstate in Yonkers and gave it a try. I explained my situation to Fernando and he and his team were more than accommodating. Not only did he get me a brand new tire at a great price his team put the spare away and the air pump. Fernando and his team got us back on the road in less than 30 minutes for which I am very grateful. Needless to say, we got to Albany and made the flight. God bless Fernando, Mavis tire and his entire team for helping us get to Albany under a much safer situation. Thank You!

  I stopped by for a walk-in tire puncture repair and had a great experience. Despite a line of customers, the team was courteous, efficient, and had me back on the road in about 40 minutes total. They quickly identified the issue, plugged the tire with no problems, answered all my questions, and clearly explained that the repair should hold permanently as long as the tread remains in good condition. I especially want to thank Arturo for being so helpful and kind throughout the process. The entire staff had a great customer service attitude and turned what had been a stressful headache into a smooth and easy experience. I highly recommend this shop!

  I highly recommend coming here. I had a tire puncture and needed it resolved immediately, and Tim was exceptionally helpful. He quickly assessed the issue and fixed it in no time. I truly appreciated how much he cared, and I will definitely be coming back and asking for him. I didn’t have to wait more than 20 minutes, which was a huge plus. We’ve been coming here for some time now and have always had a great experience. I highly recommend this location for any of your needs.

  I desperately needed new tires and out of being desperate I went here and many people told me to wait and not go but I didn’t listen. I pad almost 1700 for 4 tires and installation and alignment. I went back three times because my alignment was not straight before the deadline was up I went back the same day after doing the alignment because it was still off I left my car and begged the guy before I pick it up to check bc I don’t have time to go back before my last day he assured me and as soon as I drove off it’s pulling to the right still. I go back asked for the alignment sheet and he said they don’t always print it but the last two times they gave me it after the fact. I have a nail in my tire I called to ask about the warranty he said I didn’t purchase like????? I made sure I asked the guy who charged me spoke about the brand warranty and navidad warranty but didn’t add it?? So annoyed I wouldn’t recommend

  My family and I were visiting NY from Boston for club soccer games for our children. On the day we were leaving, we got a large screw in our tire. We found this Mavis location was only minutes from the soccer field. We explained that after the soccer game we needed to make the 4 hour drive home for school and work the next day but felt unsafe with such a large screw in our tire. We were taken right away and the tire was plugged while we watched our son play his game. Fernando was extremely accomodating and went out of his way to make sure the car was finished upon our arrival after the game. We made it home safely and are grateful for such fast and friendly service!
