  I rented a car from the Enterprise in Yonkers on 1000 Central Park Ave and from beginning to end, the staff went above and beyond. The staff is very professional understanding and it shows they take pride in great customer service. When returning my car, I dealt with Manny he was very professional asked me how the car was but unfortunately, I did experience a couple of issues with the car, but Manny made sure he listened to my concerns and handled it accordingly right away. Thank you again Manny for your exceptional Customer Service. I did get the manager‘s name, Stephan because even though I didn’t deal much with the him I wanted to make sure to mention him because I believe the team where you work is a reflection on how good management is and whatever he’s doing keep doing it because your staff is amazing at this particular enterprise location. Even though this enterprise location is 45 minutes away from where I live I will never go to another enterprise place, except for this one. By far they better than the other enterprise locations I have ever dealt with in the past.

  Customer service at the Yonkers location was very pleasant during the pickup and return. Another big plus, I wasn't charged for an additional day, when I had called in to add another day.
