    I have Never had a successful rental with enterprise at any enterprise location that I have used. I will never use any of them again. As with this one, it was a dirty, little dump. We passed it twice because it looked like a dirty little abandoned spot. It had a few worthless looking cars parked in the back. Off to the side was the dirty, death trap they reserved for me. The back doors only open from the control console up top in the front of the vehicle. It had chips and food on the floor. It had a electrical short. If anything happened everyone in the back would have been trapped because the doors won't open from the side button on either side. I ordered the car one day before my trip. I'm glad because it gave me an opportunity to cancel it and go somewhere else and get a good rental. Never, will I go to any Enterprise ever again.

    Guillermo and staff were very polite, efficient, and helpful. In particular, Guillermo helped me avoid some unnecessary expenses by reminding me to take my own E-Z pass, and pointing out that pre-paying the gas would save me several dollars. He gave me a nice tour of the car.
