    Guillermo and staff were very polite, efficient, and helpful. In particular, Guillermo helped me avoid some unnecessary expenses by reminding me to take my own E-Z pass, and pointing out that pre-paying the gas would save me several dollars. He gave me a nice tour of the car.

    I have rented multiple times in this facility. I really do think that this place is one of the best rental in city. It’s the employees who makes this happen. Shout out to Guillermo Enriquez who did exactly above and beyond for his customers. Not only to me but I saw him give service to people before me, and he has maintained professionalism, listened to his their concerns and made sure to answer all questions they had. He did same for me and it was already closing. Maintained his calm and never felt rushed even when it was 6pm. Top level service sir! Such a gem! Enterprise is lucky to have you guys. Please keep up the good work! Good job!

    Very good experience. I have used Enterprise for years in the past and at that time found them to be expensive. Fast forward 9 years. The service was the best I had maybe due to new staff and younger people in the office. I got a SUV for 4 days at the price I would pay for a weekend for a car.
