- GCGrumpy CFFCAug 16, 20265.0I purchased a set of wheels for my 2023 ram 1500 Rebel. I had an issue with vibrations in the rear. I returned and the owner Jimmy and sales guy Jr were so helpful. The owner took my vehicle out for a test ride with me and felt the issue I explained to him about. He right away called the company that the wheels and tires were purchased from and explained to them the issue. We were going back and forth with the company to troubleshoot the issue and at the end it was a faulty tire. I have to say I am grateful for the customer service this company has. They refused to give up and let me leave unsatisfied.

Unfortunately my car was recently totaled and I needed the receipt for my insurance claim. They were kind enough to keep my receipt on file and help me out even a year later. I will definitely be coming back with the new car and I highly recommend this place.
