  Really grateful the staff helped me find my headlight and how to replace it. So fast, So kind. I didn't catch the woman's name who was working but she was great. Will def come back there. Thank you.

  Had the displeasure of meeting an employee who was condescending and rude to two other customers and myself. As if we’re supposed to know the store policy to the same extent as he is. There’s no need to treat people looking for help and willing to purchase from your business like that. It was such an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience that I won’t be coming back to this store. I’ll just order my supplies from somewhere else. It’s not like Autozone has better prices either.

  Very disappointing experience. The staff seemed more focused on chatting with each other than assisting customers. I felt completely ignored while there. The manager eventually took myself anf another customer at the same time . On top of that, the store had a noticeable marijuana odor, which made the environment feel unprofessional. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand—this ended up being a waste of time & money.

  I went in yesterday to pick up my online order and part of my order was a windshield wiper to replace my old one. Jess was super helpful and installed it for me which i’m very grateful for because I had no idea how to do it lol. I feel secure and assisted when i come to this specific location thank you Jess!
