Went into the store for a warranty replacement and the worker says they need to test the battery and it takes 40 minutes to test the battery. They expected us to wait and return for them to test the dead battery they sold us. Worst store ever and a complete scam. Never visit this store

Likely because I boosted it and drove it there (which can recharge the battery a little). However I was told that it dies because I don’t drive it everyday… I crank it up and move my car twice a week (runs for about 20 minutes each time) and drive it on the weekends as hundreds of thousands other manhattanites do. Long story short. They don’t know much about cars…

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
