Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.
We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.
Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.
Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

Let me start by saying this, Mavis should not have an online system if they're not going to honor your appointments. That is exactly what Mavis on Willis Avenue did. We made an appointment for 1:00 p.m. and I arrived there 5 minutes early and he said he had two other cars still ahead of me because his system was down. When I told him I'd be back in an hour then, he said we cannot hold spaces even though I had an appointment with a confirmation number. He explained his computer system was down but there was nothing wrong with the inspection station itself. So apparently he might have taken walk in customers.. all he had to do was ask for a confirmation email to see my appointment.. what really upset me was, he said that, I could come the next day and that he had a 12:00 p.m. available, because he already had 9, 10 and 11 a.m. appointments booked. So I asked him to book me for the 12 and he said he could not do that but just to show up earlier than 12:00. So, help me understand how did he know he had these appointments if his system was down.. in other words he kept contradicting himself, plainly lying. He was also willing to take me at 9:00 a.m. if I got there early. So, I decided to stay to get my inspection. I wound up waiting an additional hour plus before they took my car in and I left there 2 hours and 20 minutes after my appointment time. This is partly because the technician kept having a problem putting my car on the lift. I had to actually take pictures to make sure there was no damage after hearing bangs when he attempted to raise the lift, on 2 seperate attempts. He eventually moved it to a different Lift, and received assistance before successfully raising it on the lift. And after all of this they printed my inspection sticker with defects and I'm going to have to get a new one through DMV or get another inspection to avoid a summons I know this is all over the place but that is exactly how my experience felt.

Usually this location is just OK. They are not good at managing time expectations of their schedule.
I dropped my car off at 10am for a tire change, was told it would take 1-1.5hrs (mind you I had a scheduled appointment) so I get it - things happen, cars before me need more time than expected etc.
Tell me why I had to call 2hrs after drop off to ask for updates and they said it would take another 45 min for them to look at my car... because they were down 1 tire guy.
If they told me that in the morning then I wouldn't have wasted my time to drop it off and just taken it to another location.
Will complain to the regional manager and corporate customer service, this was a waste of my time.

I had a great experience at Mavis Tires! They did an excellent job replacing my tires and brakes. Mike and Al were super helpful, professional, and incredibly nice throughout the whole process. They made everything easy and made sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate the great customer service and highly recommend this location!

Very disappointing experience. The manager explained that our car failed the emissions portion of the inspection. I asked if we could receive a 10-day extension so we could legally drive the additional miles needed to get the issue resolved and complete the inspection.
The manager refused to provide the extension but did not clearly explain why. He kept repeating the price to us and seemed more focused on trying to get us to pay and leave rather than actually answering our questions. When we asked for clarification, he had to ask another worker for more information. The worker then explained that we had until the end of the month to complete the inspection.
The manager was also very disrespectful and repeatedly talked over us. Instead of clearly explaining the situation, he kept saying, “That’s what the inspection says,” while avoiding our questions. Customers deserve clear answers, proper explanations, and respect—not to feel rushed out the door.

***SCAM*** I made my appointment online which was easy. got there on time the gentlemen at the front was cold, callous, and short with me (strike one) I politely asked him if where i parked my car was it okay he state "for now yes but for future reference" ok sure. he pointed with his eyes ok have a seat will be a half so i decided i am not staying there energy was not good already
I walked around came back within the half hour and was approached by the mechanic, my car was on the lift and he told me you need brakes, rotors, disc, and an axel for your car. I said well can you price it for me, so he took me to his computer and told me it would be roughly about 1200 for everything. I said well let me make a call and come back to you. I made my call to someone very versed in car repairs, and he said nah get out of there you need a second opinion So i went back to the mechanic taking care of my car and said no thank you and left. I did my own research and came up with this those mechanics work on commission.. I TOOK MY CAR ELSEWHERE AND PAID NO WHERE NEAR THE 1200 Mavis was asking of me. Also the other place said "you dont need brakes Miss not until next year at least" he saw a women and thought he was going to take advanatage of me..thats why i call them a ^^^SCAM^^^ i will never go there for anything again not even tires
