  Our experience was really good. Alex communicated with me prior to our visit with no pressure. When we arrived at the dealership he explained the vehicle to us, took us for a test drive, allowed me to look at another model and was upfront about the cost difference between the two. We appreciated being able to complete everything in one day and the restaurant suggestions in Williamsville.

  My review is for Julian at Northtown Volvo, I worked with Julian to get my new Kia sorento. He made the whole processes seemless from test driving to signing. He even met me at the Kia store to sign for my car and got me in and out within an hour driving my new car. Julian was so helpful and listened to what I wanted and did not pressure me into settling for a car. He wanted to Kelsie I really liked my new car and felt it was the best fit for me. Everyone should request Julian!

  I want to sincerely thank this Volvo dealership. I was over the border in Canada and ran into an issue. I spoke with John the service manager and he was absolutely incredible. This was a rush situation since we were on vacation and desperate. John and the team was thorough, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. I wish I lived locally because I would service my car here and support this dealership however I could. It's rare nowadays for dealers to treat customers with this level of care and I am deeply thankful.

  Alex sold us our second Volvo in the past year. My husband purchased his Volvo last spring, and after I was involved in a car accident, I found myself unexpectedly searching for a new vehicle. After researching and test-driving several three-row SUVs, I ultimately chose the XC90 and I couldn’t be happier with that decision. The entire experience at Volvo was exceptional from start to finish. I previously owned a VW Atlas R-Line that I absolutely loved, so the Volvo had big shoes to fill. Before I even stepped into the dealership, Alex spent a great deal of time on the phone with me learning about what I was looking for, what features were important to me, and what I did and didn’t like in a vehicle. By the time I came in for my test drive, he had already narrowed down several options based on those conversations, making the process efficient and personalized. At no point did Alex make me feel like I was a burden. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle rather than simply making a sale. Purchasing a car during the aftermath of an accident was incredibly stressful, especially since I needed a replacement quickly, but Alex made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. He also took the time to walk me through the vehicle’s features, help me set up the Volvo app, and customize everything to my preferences before I left the dealership. That level of service made a huge difference. I was confident in my decision when I drove off the lot, but now that I’ve had more time with the XC90, I can honestly say I love it even more. The quality, comfort, and attention to detail continue to impress me every day. Looking back, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or the experience Alex provided. I truly appreciate the time, care, and professionalism he showed throughout the entire process and would highly recommend both Alex and the dealership to anyone considering a Volvo.

  My experience purchasing a vehicle was absolutely wonderful. Dan W is really amazing at making the process easy. He is very attentive and I did not feel like I was just another customer he had to deal with that day. Any question I had whether in person or through text during the process was answered promptly and with understanding. I value honesty and integrity when it comes to business transactions and my experience at Northtown Volvo made me proud to purchase a car through them! Thank you for everything Dan.
