  Daniel was a very friendly, competent salesperson. He answered all our questions and fully explained all the features of our new Volvo XC60. We highly recommend him and this Volvo dealership.

  Just to begin, Just want to start by saying the vehicle a 2027 CX 60 is not disappointing. I wish I could say the same about my overall experience with the sales team at this dealership. Let’s just say when we first entered the dealership prior to our test drive the salesman, Alex was extremely friendly and nice. Once we started talking numbers for the trade-in, things started to go south. It wasn’t until three days later that we finally came to an agreement with the trade in price for the vehicle. I was then told I would be having the financial paperwork emailed for electronic signing for the deal. I signed the paperwork on September 30 and as an oversight was not aware that the financial manager had placed the delivery date of September 30 also. Normally, this probably wouldn’t be a problem except on October 1 I found out there was a $1500 rebate. October 2, the date we were picking up the vehicle. I informed Alex of this he intern informed me since the delivery date on the paperwork was September 30 I was not eligible for the rebate. At this point, I was ready to walk away from the deal, but my attorney informed me that the signed paperwork was a binding contract. So to sum up my experience with my purchase of the Volvo, was very disappointing. The only reason that I’m showing one star is, I cannot post this review without selecting one star.

  So far I love my car but the dealership misrepresented numerous items and I found the salesman condescending and disrespectful. We were asked to electronically sign financial papers for the end of the month even though we weren’t taking delivery for several days after … turns out there was a 1,500.00 rebate for the date we actually were taking delivery but were unable to get the credit because the dealership dated the electronic signing for the month before. Would not recommend this dealership sales department.

  Great experience working with Daniel! It felt easy to talk with him about what we wanted & be candid about other cars we were interested in. We didn’t feel pressured to make a decision in one visit & appreciated all of the information he provided us with. We were torn between another brand & Volvo, ultimately it was our experience with Daniel that swayed us to purchase our beautiful XC60. Could not recommend more & we are inlove with the car !
