Although the current President has made it impossible to buy a new car, I'm thankful that my 2019 Volvo is still an amazing and reliable vehicle. I took her in for new breaks and decided to add a detail to clean the Buffalo winter (I know I'm late) from the inside of my car. I must thank Tech 4178 as you're not named on the receipt. Perhaps it was a silly add on, but you did such an incredible job. Honestly, my perfectionist ass couldn't have done better. I'd thank you for the breaks, but I'm not educated enough to know a good job, but she stops beautifully and no longer screams (lol). Thank you to David at the front desk for being so kind, thorough, and attentive. Dealing with the public can be so exhausting, but you made a trip in enjoyable and worth it. Thank you Volvo team! I'm grateful for your knowledge, your hard work, and your effort to continue to deal with humans. You're INCREDIBLE!
