  First Monroe’s place Couldn’t do my state inspection that I had an appointment for because he forgot his wallet at home. Didn’t call to reschedule until after I got there which I took time off from work to go to. Went to this one and they got me in and out within 20 minutes!

  Made an appointment this morning for the afternoon on a Sunday, which was very easy to get an appointment, even pm a Sunday. I have noticed a tire losing air slowly. Matthew checked over my tire and couldn't find the leak, but suggested that he takes off the tire to reseal it. When he did that, he saw there was a slow leak from a valve. Matthew had fantastic customer service and I appreciated his extra steps to make sure the leak was found! Highly recommend!

  I need a new tires and an alignment and their office was able to get it done for me pretty quickly. They also educated me on a particular tie rod that may need replacing in the future which I highly appreciate it. Staff was super friendly too

  Quoted me 6,000$ for exhaust when I only needed the flex pipe replaced. Said I needed a whole new system because of the catalytic converters. If anything two converters 2,000 plus parts and labor. Absolutely bonkers. Went to a more local garage they replaced the flex pipe and I sat there for an hour. Cost 545$. Let that be a lesson to anyone. The are full of crap. I knew what was wrong going in they tried and sell you a new car. What a sham. Worse than 5 min oil change my ass

  I brought my car in for it's NYS Inspection & a full synthetic oil change. I was greeted at the desk by a friendly clerk & the mechanic started on my car almost immediately. I sat in the small but clean waiting area & within 30 minutes my car was outside waiting for me. The new sticker on the car windshield & no problems with my car. Their business runs efficiently. I received a discount on services & from start to finish was a pleasant experience. I will be back & I highly recommend this Monro Auto Center.
