  My wife and I were not planning to buy a new car anytime soon. That changed when the engine in her 2018 Audi Q7 Prestige failed at 71,600 miles, just a month after we had spent $6,000 on maintenance. We went to the Audi dealership hoping for some relief and were told the engine would need to be replaced at an estimated cost of $32,000. Audi was inflexible and would not even cover half the expense. We had had enough, and decided it was time to shop for something new. We had been looking online at the 2027 BMW X5 and the 2027 Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 AWD. While browsing, we saw a Genesis commercial for the 2026 GV80, and it caught our interest. We built a GV80 online and sent the configuration to our local dealer. The Genesis concierge service responded right away and called several times to set up a test drive of a black 2026 Genesis GV80. When we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. Patricia Oswald was friendly, knowledgeable, and took us out in the GV80. We were impressed by the luxury and technology. The ride was smooth, and the car felt quick and nimble. Austin Lewter, the finance manager, put together an excellent financing plan. We received an unbelievable 2.49% rate over 72 months. By comparison, Mercedes-Benz was offering about 7% on the 2027 GLE 450, which felt outrageous. The Genesis warranty is hard to beat: 3 years of complimentary maintenance with concierge service, 5 years or 60,000 miles of bumper-to-bumper coverage, and 10 years or 100,000 miles of powertrain coverage. The service throughout was excellent, and the whole team was superb. Jacob Schreiber, the general manager, stopped by to greet us and made sure we were well taken care of.   When you enter into this Genesis, you are immediately elevated into a realm of class. Elongated double glass doors open and every sense is ignited. If elegance had a smell it would be the soft scent that hits you. And the gentle tones of vogue music that draw you in. Your eyes can't help to peek and glimmer with the site of new Genesis models GV70 and GV80 that are perfectly positioned to your left and right. In the center is a semi - transparent shade that hovers over a sitting area. It is as if you are being tele-ported into a dimension of sheer elegance. Oh but it gets better. The sales team seem to be gliding by and welcoming you in for the Genesis experience. I was approached and assisted by Mohammed Azman, Sales and Lease Consultant. He came up to me and shook my hand. He smiled and asked if he could help me. I felt as if we were having a friendly conversation and through every step he made my Genesis experience not only no pressure but FUN! Mo, as he asked me to call him, was exceptional. He answered my numerous questions. He always responded to my calls and text messages. He worked hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted for the price I needed. He was professional, kind, and considerate. This was hands down the best car purchasing experience I have EVER had. There were times he needed to leave me in his office and other members of the team would walk by. They smiled and said hello. I felt at home. Alex Antonovsky was another Sales Consultant who made me feel comfortable. With his warm smile and politeness. When I decided to buy, Mo told me he had to hand me over to the Finance Manager, Austin Lewter. I was a little worried, but soon after meeting Austin my fears we put to rest. He too, was no pressure, kind, welcoming, considerate. I really can't say enough about my experience. Every time I came to the showroom, I was asked if I wanted coffee, tea, seltzer, cookies. They bake the cookies on site. They have a signature Genesis tea exclusive to them. That is the best tea i have ever had. They have a state of the art coffee machine that makes everything from mochas to Espresso. The service area (for car repairs) is spotless. The entire establishment is spotless. And don't forget to use the bathrooms where you are transported to a heightened level of zen. I can't be happier with my purchase, and my experience. The attention and service was out of this world. I will be sharing this experience with my family and friends. Thank you to the incredible Genesis of Buffalo team, especially Mo, for your superior and dedicated service.

  We recently purchased a new GV80 from Genesis of Buffalo. Our salesman Mo was knowledgeable, friendly and on top of every detail. Mo and Austin were able to locate the vehicle we wanted out of state, and they had it at their location in just a few days. This was by far the easiest, most pleasant car-buying experience that we have ever had. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Genesis of Buffalo!
