  Just traded in my one year old Mercedes GLE 350 for a GV 80 and so far so good. Wish I had purchased the Genesis last year instead of the Mercedes but that is a whole other story. Had a great buying experience with Austin and Jacob, The whole process was very easy and straightforward. Austin was extremely thorough in explaining the vehicles many features and setting up my user profile and devices. Would highly recommend Genesis of Buffalo.

  Couldn't say enough about my experience purchasing my vehicle at Northtown Genesis. Everything fell seamlessly into place thanks to getting lucky ending up dealing with Trish who I can't say enough about!! There was direct answers to all my questions and felt Trish never hesitated once because of her knowledge and experience. Couldn't have ended up more satisfied with the whole experience!! Thanks Northtown Genesis & thank you Trish!!

  As much as I love the Genesis products, I must say I can not stand dealing with the service department at Genesis of Buffalo (Service manager Christy). First, I purchased a beautiful brand new matte finish 2024 GV80 Prestige. At my first ever oil change the service tech crash the rear of my truck with the service garage door blowing out the whole rear windows and extensive damage to the rear quarters. I was very upset but no worries-Corporate paid to have it all repaired. Now, about a month ago my wife had her GV70 in for regular maintenance and guess what? They cracked her headlight while trying to dry up some condensation and tried to pass the blame on us. To make a long story short, my wife ended up calling Corporate and they got involved to make things right 1 more time. Now it's my GV80 turn to have maintenance and fix a recall. I called and spoke to an assistance to Christy and was given a July 14th service date. However, about 10 minutes later I received a text messagenot a call from Christy stating she will not service MY Vehicle because of the last appointment issue she had with my wife's car. I had nothing to do with orI had any control over that situation. We live in Rochester and this dealership is the only Genesis service department nearby. Please stay away from this dealership as they operate like a Hyundai and Kia store more than a luxury brand. Once again, I will have Corporate step in. Filling a complaint with DMV, Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney General Office. Denying service on a recall is unacceptable!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brianna Corbelli made the entire experience at Genesis of Buffalo absolutely seamless. Her communication, follow-up, and attention to detail were outstanding from start to finish. What I appreciated most was that she actually listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that—no pressure, no surprises, just great service. I couldn’t be happier with my new 2026 Genesis Coupe and the overall buying experience. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond, Brianna is the person to see. Highly recommend!

  Alex Antonovsky at Genesis of Buffalo was absolutely amazing to work with! He was personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He stayed in constant communication and was always available to answer any questions I had, making everything smooth and stress-free. John Kramer was equally fantastic to work with. Together, they made my entire experience at Genesis exceptional from start to finish. I highly recommend Alex and John to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and a truly positive car-buying experience. They went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier!
