  I had a great experience purchasing my Genesis GV80. The salesperson, Mo Azman was outstanding-very knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.There was never any pressure or hard sell. They were patient, took the time to understand my budget, and showed me several vehicles that fit within my price range. I felt well taken care of and confident in my decision. The entire organization was professional, accommodating and easy to work with. This is the second Genesis I've purchased from them. They have earned my trust. I highly recommend this dealership and salesperson (Mo Azman) to anyone looking for a car. They provided excellent customer service and an overall outstanding buying experience.

  Moe Azman was fantastic to work with and made my son’s car-buying experience truly special. My son had been searching for his dream car, and Moe went above and beyond to make it happen. He was friendly, professional, responsive, patient, and completely straightforward throughout the entire process. What impressed us most was how easy Moe made everything, especially since we were purchasing the vehicle from out of state. He promptly answered our questions, provided the information and documentation we requested, and never made us feel pressured. We always felt that he genuinely wanted my son to be happy and confident with his purchase. The car was exactly what my son had been looking for, and seeing how excited he was made the experience even better. Moe played a big part in making that happen. I would highly recommend Moe Azman to anyone considering a vehicle from Genesis of Buffalo. He is exactly the kind of salesperson you hope to find when making an important purchase.   We honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience with Genesis of Buffalo! From the very beginning, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. We never felt pressured or rushed, and the whole experience was just enjoyable from start to finish. A special thank you to Alex T. and Jake E. They were both absolutely wonderful to work with. They were so personable, helpful, and genuinely excited for us. They answered all of our questions, made everything easy, and went above and beyond to make the experience of picking up our car such a great one. You could tell they really cared about making sure we were happy and comfortable every step of the way. And then there’s the Genesis itself — WOW! We absolutely love our new vehicle. It is beautiful, comfortable, incredibly well made, and has so many amazing features. We couldn't be happier with our choice! What really stood out to us was how much everyone seemed to genuinely care about our experience. Alex and Jake made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting and fun, and we truly appreciate that.   My son bought his first 'real' car (used) at Genesis of Buffalo, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We were bracing ourselves for that typical "dirty used car salesman" vibe, but this team was a total breath of fresh air. From start to finish, it was a zero-bullshit, completely honest approach. You can tell the great energy here is driven from the top down—which was further reinforced when the sales manager, Jake Schreiber, was personally on site to congratulate us during the final pickup. ​Jake E. was fantastic to work with. He was kind, patient, and truly led with his heart. He worked with us on the price to make sure the car was genuinely affordable for our family, taking the extra time to walk my kid through all the features so they felt confident driving off the lot. ​When it came to the numbers, Austin L. made the closing process completely painless.   I just drove 30 minutes to test drive a Mercedes Benz and gave them a hour heads up that I was coming. I get there and still wait 25 more minutes for them to simply pull the car up. When it finally arrives the car is dirty as ever inside, didn’t even bother detailing it for a customer that they knew was on the way to see it . I also notice huge gaping rips in both front seats. Unbelievable they’re trying to sell vehicles that are ripped to shreds for top dollar. It was so bad I turned it down before even test driving it , what a waste of time and gas. I didn’t expect this from a big name dealership
