  Came in for an oil change today and was helped by Vincent, Randy and Ray (and others I couldn’t see under my car) and they were just the best! Very kind very patient and very knowledgeable! Great experience at valvoline today

  At first, I was hesitant to bring my Volvo here since I always bring it to the Volvo dealership, but they take 3+ hours to complete this service. Fantastic hospitality, felt like a skit from a commercial, even though I arrived late afternoon on a busy day they were still full of energy, smiles and willingness. The other customers around me looked happy as they converse amicably with the staff. Thanks to RayQuan F and his team. Great team, great teamwork. Never knew about Valvoline Instant Oil Change till today, I wish I knew sooner. As professional as it gets

  Manager Nicole greeted me while I was waiting to go in. Someone else came after to also make sure I was greeted. Vincent my tech was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, communicative and trustworthy. I’ve been coming here for more than 3 years, and he is consistently a high performer at his job. He deserves an A+ on his report card! Everyone works very hard at this location.

  BE CAREFUL! I went to just buy synthetic oil and the worker kept trying to get me to pull my car into the garage so that he could do the work. He tried multiple times despite my simple request to just purchase a quart of oil. Finally I lost my patience and asked if he sells just th engine oil to which he responded, No. "We don't do that". Very shady tactics and why this young mechanic/salesman had to resort to such method is shameful. Please be aware of this scam!!

  The service in the moment was fine. Efficient. 9 days later my oil light comes on. Then goes off again. I have to take the car in for brakes the next day. Mechanic says the oil pain screw was loose and I was leaking oil. It required 4 new quarts of oil. I called to get reimbursement and the corporate phone tree customer service people denied the claim. I had the paperwork from my mechanic saying the screw to the pan was loose. Denied. They said they would not give me the cost of the replacement oil or any other refund because I didn’t bring it back to them. So, it’s on a lift in the shop and I’m supposed to just let the brakes get done and drive back to Valvoline to have them inspect it??! No. Just give me the money I had to spend to correct your mistake that was verified and validated by a third party mechanic. I got a “free” oil change to use within the year as consolation, but that’s not what this customer wants AND I don’t want to give them any more of my business. Very poor handling of the situation. I gave two stars rather than one because the people at the shop were nice (they just didn’t tighten the screw), but the company did not value my business enough to reimburse me.
