- YCY C5 days ago1.0Sixt White Plains is a new location with terrible service. Luis, the manager, had no cars available even though I prepaid for the rental. I have rented from Sixt for over 50 days in the past 5 months. Originally Leslie said it would be 1.5 hours later than my reserved time. Then I tried to find another Sixt location to rent from and she said should would help me with this, but did NOT, she left. Then the next day at the start of the rental, she tells me the car is in fact not available for another 5 or 7 more hours. I have still already prepaid and nothing. Luis said he has no power to give me a car that is a higher class as it is the only car they have at this branch. There is no concern for helping loyal customers. His advice was go travel 1.5 to 2 hours to JFK airport or Williamsburg, Brooklyn to pick up a car instead. Or my other option, cancel this reservation and go to Enterprise or Hertz down the street from them. Unbelievable and horrible!!!
- TDTom Davison5 days ago1.0Without a doubt the most disgraceful Sixt Branch I have come across and I’ve used a lot. After spending $25k + on Sixt subscriptions, even when reserving the car, they do not actually reserve said car, instead take your money and when you arrive and they tell you there are no cars, offer you zero support when you are stuck a long way from home. My suggest, try a company that cares and offers solutions rather than taking the money and cursing at the client with no solutions.
