Carlos and Josh took great care of me with same day tire repair! Woke up to a flat tire. Was able to schedule a same day tire repair appointment online. Waited for repair to be completed. Wait time was very reasonable. Both gentleman provided great customer service and were pleasant to deal with. Price was reasonable.

This location has gone so far downhill. I called ahead and made an appt for a tire rotation - it really can’t be more simple than that. I showed up on time and was told it would be a 30 minute wait before they could start (then what in the world is the purpose of a SCHEDULE APPOITNMENT?!?!) and then 10 minutes of labor. I told them HURRY because I made an appointment for a reason and had an important medical appointment to get to afterward. 75 minutes later, they finally finished rotating my tires - even once my car was in the bay, ZERO sense of urgency, and I told them over and over I am in a huge hurry. They caused me to miss my medical appt I had had scheduled for MONTHS. They even then tried to tell me my tires were completely worn through and must be replaced immediately for safety reasons - well that’s funny because I got a second opinion the next day and was told my tires are great and I have at least 2 more years left in them. This place will take advantage of you.
So incredibly disappointing because this location used to be great - employees were fast, efficient, professional, communicative. Now it’s the opposite - zero sense of urgency, rude, lazy, act like you’re a burden for asking them to do their job. They also left grease stains all over my mats. These employees literally could not care less, I honestly don’t even think they have any training.
My most recent trip will be my last. I was so stunned at how awful it was, I asked to speak with Ricardo because he was always so so helpful and I wanted him to know about my experience - they told me he no longer works here - HA, no surprise.
I emailed customer service, and of course no response.
Stay away. It’s so overpriced anyway.

Horrible service, wasted my time. I called this morning asking if I could come in for a car inspection. They told me yes but there’s a wait. I asked what time they close they said 5 pm, so I asked if it was ok to come in at 4 and they said better to do 3:30. I agreed to be there at 3:30, then planned my whole day around this commitment. I left early and arrived at 3:15 and was told no more inspections cause the guy that does them already left. Zero professionalism and zero respect for customers’ time, I understand things happen but giving me a call back to let me know plans changed BEFORE I made it there would have been the bare minimum.

I had an excellent experience thanks to the store manager Daniel Barroso and the entire team. From the moment I walked in, the Daniel
was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best solution for my vehicle—not just the most expensive one. They took the time to explain my tire options clearly, including pricing, durability, and performance, which made it easy to make an informed decision.
What stood out most was their honesty and efficiency. The work was completed on time, and everything was done exactly as promised.
