  Highly recommend using this enterprise! Patrick, Gustavo, and Chris were all so kind and great. My car broke down and I needed a vehicle stat and they made it happen even though they were extremely busy and booked up. Thanks so much!!!

  I had a very frustrating and unfair experience with this car rental location. I arrived with a valid pre-booking after traveling from out of town by taxi, only to be told at the counter that I couldn’t use my reservation because I didn’t have proof of a code that had been applied to the booking. This requirement was never made clear beforehand. I was then pressured into rebooking on the spot at a significantly higher price—several hundred dollars more. Afterward, I contacted customer service, who confirmed that there is no requirement to provide proof for such a code. This makes the refusal to honor my original booking even more concerning. On top of that, during the rebooking process, I was told I needed to provide proof of liability insurance. While I do have insurance, I didn’t have the documents physically with me at the time. There was even signage indicating that customers can use their own insurance, yet the staff still insisted on proof in a way that felt inconsistent and unreasonable. Customer service later told me that I should be eligible for a refund due to how this situation was handled. I have documentation supporting everything, but I was told the local branch manager would need to follow up. Months later, I am still waiting. No refund, no partial refund, and not even an apology. This experience reflects very poor communication, inconsistent policies, and a lack of accountability. I would strongly urge this location to review its practices and properly address customer complaints.

  I rented a car today from Enterprise at 15 Tarrytown Road in White Plains. I very much appreciated the efforts that the Assistant Manager, Chris made to ensure that my rental met my needs. The drivers that picked me up and brought me home also were very courteous and professional.
