- DSDavid SmithJun 25, 20265.0Excellent counter service. Office called me before pickup to negotiate a delayed pick up. I arrived an hour later and car was ready. Office attendant recommended I video the car for any preexisting damage. Just a few scratched already noted. Enterprise holds a $200 deposit on the car. I appreciate that they explained the practice before encumbering my card. I got a Nissan. The attendant offered to review basic procedures but I explained that I was generally familiar having owned a Nissan previously. The weekly rental including CDW was about $400.

I updated my pickup time through the reservation system, but the change was apparently never received by the rental location. When I arrived, I was told I was late and that my reserved vehicle had been given away. I made another reservation for the next day, only to receive a call saying there were no vehicles available. A reservation should mean a car is available. Instead, I wasted time, dealt with unnecessary stress, and was left without transportation. Unfortunately, this experience made Enterprise seem unreliable.
