  I can’t say enough good things about this Enterprise location. As someone who rents cars frequently, this is my local Enterprise, and I consistently receive outstanding service every time I visit. Everyone at this branch is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to helping their customers. Most recently, Anthony Monks, the Assistant Branch Manager, helped me secure the best possible rate for my rental. Throughout the week, both Anthony and Eddie were incredibly responsive, answering my questions promptly, offering flexibility when my return date changed, and consistently going out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. One of the things I appreciate most is that this is the only car rental location I’ve ever used that sends a text directly from the local office so you can easily reach the team if you need anything. It’s such a simple touch, but it reflects the level of personal service they provide. This team consistently exceeds my expectations, and it’s why I’ll continue to rent from this location. I recommend them without hesitation.

  I will never use this Enterprise location again, or quite possibly any Enterprise, if this is the standard they set for their staff. We arrived before our scheduled appointment time, only to find out there were no vehicles available. Without a car, we were forced to wait in the small unkempt office for over an hour just to get a car we didn't even want. To make matters worse, the staff did not adequately communicate the rental terms, resulting in a getting completely unexpected charges. When I brought this to their attention, the manager, Eddie, was completely unhelpful and honestly quite rude. Instead of taking accountability, Eddie, fabricated a story and blatantly misconstrued the facts about the charges just to avoid responsibility. Save yourself the headache, the hidden fees, and the wasted time—go somewhere else where the staff is honest and actually respects the customer.

  Very helpful with the car rental when my car was in the shop. Got an SUV instead of a car, and they were able to exchange the SUV for a car once one became available without any issues. Appreciate their flexibility and their willingness to help.

  Had a great experience with Eddie at Enterprise. He provided amazing service—friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

  From the pickup to the return, it was seamless. The 2 gentlemen were professional and answered my questions clearly and concisely. Very quick pickup and return.
