  When we went to pick up the vehicle we had reserved a lovely young lady advised that they were out of that model but she had a few minivans available, which would be an upgrade at no charge. I thanked her and proceeded to get the minivan. However, when my wife got in and started to drive it there was a blind spot in her view and she didn't feel safe driving it. I then returned to the desk and advised her of the situation. She then proceeded to again upgrade us to an SUV Durango without additional charge. Very great customer service. Then upon return of the vehicle a gentleman received it and asked if there were any issues. My wife stated that there was no window washer fluid and the car had a strong cologne smell but otherwise was a great rental. He then proceeded to give her a discount for the rental. She advised him that it was unnecessary and she was telling him of the issues because he had asked, not because we were looking for any reductions of cost. He still proceeded to apply another discount to ensure our complete satisfaction. The entire interaction and rental was exemplary. I wish everyone in all service industries were as personable and accommodating as your staff was on these two occasions.

  I have never given a bad review in my life. However, this situation has left me with no other option. I rented a car from Enterprise at Westchester County Airport in November 2025. I returned it the very next day to a different city location - and somehow ended up being charged for 3 days. Since then, I have tried reaching out through several numbers, countless times, and have never once been able to get a representative on the phone. I have raised multiple tickets and received not a single response. I am a student, so this overcharge is not something I can simply overlook. What makes it even more frustrating is that I have dealt with a similar billing issue at a different Enterprise location before - and that location stepped up, reached out, and resolved it. This location has done nothing. I have used Enterprise many times and genuinely trusted and recommended this company. I can no longer do that. I just want a refund for the days I was incorrectly charged. This has been a very disappointing experience...
