Scheduled an appt online. When I went to get the inspection the guy at the counter said they dont do them on Wednesdays or Sundays. Meanwhile I was never called to be notified of such and when I suggested he have the online scheduler fixed he said "that's not me, it's corporate." No apology, no "let me reschedule your appt." Horrible customer service and will not return to this location ever.

Bradley and Cairo were genuinely the MOST helpful and supportive people I’ve ever met. They helped me immediately in under 15 minutes to fix the undercarriage of my car when it came off in severely heavy rain. Will always remember to come back whenever I need something for any cars! I had a low tire pressure alert on my Honda so I brought it to Mavis. As a woman and considering the car does in fact need new tires they could easily have told me that there was a nail in the tire and charged me to fix it, or that they could not fix it and I needed a new tire. But they filled it with air, told me there was nothing wrong with it, and didn’t charge me. When it comes to cars it’s honesty that matters most; knowing that you’re not getting ripped off. So far, I can say I would definitely recommend this Mavis. I’ll update this review once I actually go in for new tires.
