This is, without a doubt, the worst Enterprise location I have ever dealt with. My experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish, characterized by complete incompetence and blatant disregard for customers. After being told on Thursday that they had no seven seater SUV available, I made a reservation for the following day as instructed. When I returned on Friday, they claimed they had no cars available and told me my online reservation was essentially "meaningless".
The staff was not only unhelpful and dismissive, but they were also incredibly hostile, making outrageous comments like, "you could book a Ferrari online for all I care" instead of offering any solution. To make matters worse, when they do have cars, it’s nothing but a pile of minivans which is not what I booked, nor is it a luxury vehicle. This location is a complete waste of time, they have zero respect for their own reservation system, and the customer service is beyond pathetic. Avoid this place at all costs; they will delay your plans and show absolutely no interest in helping you! Please take my word and take your business somewhere else they guys are so UNPROFESSIONAL and USELESS!

Came on Thursday evening to get a seven seater suv and was told that they had none available, I was told that they would have a seven seater suv available tomorrow and made a reservation, I decided to wait until tomorrow for my trip, and came in the following day on Friday, they then told me that they had no cars available and said that my reservation online was meaningless, instead of helping us come to a solution, they wasted our time and they didn’t even care to help us come to a solution, saying things like “you could book a Ferrari online for all I care”. Horrible service. Wasted my time and delayed my plans.

The staff is Horrible, The Vehicles are Dirty and my experience was horrible.
Enterprise needs to retrain the employees @ this location or replace them !
This location gave my daughter a filthy dirty suv with 4 bald tires smelling like Marijuana.
She got a flat Tire and when she called me to put air in the tire to get back to Enterprise.
TheEnterprise employee Parker promised her an upgrade free because of her inconvenience then when the car was returned a month later they charged her $600+ for the upgrade 👎😡👎
Don't trust the employees at this location make sure everything is in writing.
I will be posting my experience all over social media because they still refuse to credit her the money they charged her !
The managers there Alex and Matt just keep giving her the runaround!
