Worse customer service ever!!! Went in with a reservation from GEICO. They were short staffed but we waited and then he skipped us and completely ignored us and helped another customer that walked in after us. Then he sat down looked at the phone and then asked us if we were being helped already right before they closed. Told us that he didn’t have anymore cars for us to look at and what he had we would’ve of had to pay out of pocket. Will take my service someplace else

The staff at enterprise is always superior, I only rent with them. This location was no different, they were happy to pick me up from my hotel and drop me back off a week later. The rental was brand new and the renting process was very easy. I highly recommend Enterprise whenever possible
