- CSCasey SpringerAug 8, 20261.0They drove my truck in their massively non maintained parking lot with HUGE potholes and caused damage to a new 100k plus vechicle. Bent a rod, and damaged a wheel bearing, then tried to charge me for the damage they caused. I consented to an inspection, not an off roading test drive. Highly non trustworthy mechanic. Stay away.

Got there a few minutes early and was greeted by a young lady who I told I had an appointment. She found my information and said she had full bays and would get me in when she could. Ok I'm figuring 15 min wait. After 35 minutes of waiting I left. Ive been to Monro several times before this with an appointment. Never have I ever waited that long! Not to mention how hot it is and their AC wasn't even working. Im sorry your love for money is the most important. My time and everyone else's time is valuable. If youre running behind maybe give the customer a call. I would've understood. Just common courtesy. I would have been happy to come a bit later than just expected to sit in a 90 degree room waiting hours. Will not be returning to that location. Take your money elsewhere
