  I was in need of a new tire after a frustrating weekend. Dustina and Kelly were so kind and friendly. They got me right in, problem solve with no issues and price was fair. I will go back as long as these two are there!!

  If I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Got there a few minutes early and was greeted by a young lady who I told I had an appointment. She found my information and said she had full bays and would get me in when she could. Ok I'm figuring 15 min wait. After 35 minutes of waiting I left. Ive been to Monro several times before this with an appointment. Never have I ever waited that long! Not to mention how hot it is and their AC wasn't even working. Im sorry your love for money is the most important. My time and everyone else's time is valuable. If youre running behind maybe give the customer a call. I would've understood. Just common courtesy. I would have been happy to come a bit later than just expected to sit in a 90 degree room waiting hours. Will not be returning to that location. Take your money elsewhere

  do not i repeat do not bring ur car here for inspection they tried to rob me saying somthing was wrong with my car and if i pay cash they will take 25% i showed them the paper work from delta sonic showing all that was wrong with my car was 2 front tires were bold this place said that delta sonic missed 6 things wrong with my car and all the stuff they said was wrong wouldnt show up when they plug it in meaning they had to veiw it corporate then hung up on me 3 times and then they said what do u want me to do about it what a horrible place end of rant

  Dustina goes above and beyond. Every single time. I will always bring our cars to her. Service is outstanding. Repairs are done on time. Honest. Respectable. Communicates throughout process. Does not overcharge. Highly recommend.

  I had an appointment for 8:30 drop my vehicle off at 8:15 for an estimate for brake job. I explained to the lady at the counter that I get up very early in the morning to go to work so I needed to make sure that my car was done that day that's why I was not taking it to my mechanic. She said there would be no problem the mechanic would be in at 9:00 and my car would be first. 12:30 in the afternoon I did not hear anything so I called the store for my estimate the Gail who answered the phone told me she would call me back. 15 minutes later she called me back with an estimate of $1,700. I once again said are you sure you can get this done today I don't understand why it took four and a half hours for an estimate. She assured me they could complete the job and I would have my truck back that day. I did not hear from them so it's 7:00 p.m. an hour before they closed I called the store the lady answered the phone and told me she would call me back. 15 minutes later she called me back and said he was just starting the back brakes. I went off, they had my vehicle 11 hours and they were just starting the back brakes. I did not get my vehicle back until the next day. When I received my receipt and estimate I see the estimate the total cost for the brakes was $1, 500.96. I questioned the lady why the estimate only said $1500.96. she said she gave me a $200 discount for my inconvenience. Nowhere on this receipt does it say minus $200. This place is a rip off do not take your car here.
