Appointment and first come first serve does not apply here they skip people based on the size of the job I had a 8 am appointment was the first person here and they didn’t start on my car until 9:15 because someone came in after me and had to change 1 tire so that person car was worked on first.

Ive had several issues with my car in the last month or so and I decided to choose this Mavis for each issue and it was a great decision. Ive used other mechanics/dealerships and they always end up giving me a headache and causing more issues. Both of issues were fixed timely and I had 0 issues whatsoever. Staff is great, Pete answered all my questions and helped get me in and out the door in reasonable time with each fix. I plan on bringing my car back here anytime I have an issue and Ive already started recommending family and friends to come here going forward.
