  I had a great experience at Mavis thanks to Dylan and James. They took excellent care of me and my car from start to finish. They were professional, honest, and made sure everything was handled the right way. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about customer service, but these two definitely do. I really appreciate the attention they gave to making sure my car was safe and running great. I highly recommend Mavis, and if you get the chance to work with Dylan and James, you’ll be in good hands! P.S the Job gets done fast at this location !

  I scheduled an 8:00 AM appointment at Mavis in West Nyack, right when they opened. I arrived a few minutes late and the shop already looked busy, possibly catching up on work from the day before. Even though it was crowded, they still took care of me and installed my tires. The service was friendly throughout, but definitely on the slower side. I ended up waiting about four hours total. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due—the team worked hard, and you can tell they were putting in long hours. I’m sure the workload is heavy and they’re doing their best under pressure. If you’re in a rush, I’d recommend dropping your car off instead of waiting, or making sure your appointment is early and clearly prioritized. Otherwise, expect a bit of a wait. I originally ordered the Goodyear Assurance MaxLife tires, but they had been discontinued. Instead, I was given the newer Goodyear Assurance MaxLife 2, which are basically an improved version of the same tire. What I really appreciated is that they still honored my original quote, even though the new tires are more expensive. Overall, I’m happy with the experience. The switch was smooth, no pressure or up charges, and everything was handled fairly and professionally, they do quality work, just be prepared that it may take longer than expected.

  I got a nail in my tire, they are friendly and professional. They quickly found the nail and got me back on the road. My Dad only got tires at Mavis always with the road warranty and I do all my tire stuff at Mavis as well. They will price match any tire quote. Been a Mavis customer for 2 decades. This Mavis location is great!

  Yesterday I had a nail in my tire, low on air I made my way to Mavis Tire in West Nyack which was right around the corner. They squeezed me in without an appointment and fixed my tire so quickly…I was so grateful to be able to go on with my hectic day without an issue! As I was there, there was a power outage. I had no cash on me and offered to go to an ATM and come back, but they said not to worry & have a nice day! Not many businesses would do that, and I was very grateful for them and will be returning next time I need tires!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire today. The employee who helped me was extremely kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help. He assisted me with putting on my spare tire at no cost, which I truly appreciated. It’s not every day you come across someone so helpful and considerate. Excellent customer service like this really makes a difference. I highly recommend this location thanks to his outstanding attitude and support!
