- MRMegan Ramirez3 days ago5.0My experience at Enterprise was fantastic. The front desk was personable, professional, & not pushy. I appreciated their willingness to provide excellent customer service without needing additional performance from customers. 10/10 Definitely would recommend!
- MFmark fleischmanOct 8, 20262.0I’ve had good dealings with this location before but today I was supposed to pick up A minivan and instead of telling me, they just didn’t have the minivan. They told me they had no cars even though I reserved it two days ago.
- APanthony PiloSep 25, 20265.0Enterprise Rent-A-Car in West Islip is hands down one of the best car rental places on Long Island!!!! I usually go to Avis or Budget, but I had a terrible experience at both of those places. So, I decided to try Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I chose the one in West Islip because of the excellent reviews I’d read online. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff at the counter. They made me feel welcome and took the time to answer all my questions. The cars they have are very clean and practically brand new. Matthew and Geo were especially helpful. They even helped me upgrade to a 2026 Yukon for my three-day rental. The price was very reasonable, but the customer experience and customer relations really set Enterprise Rent-A-Car apart. During my three-day rental, they stayed in touch with me through text messages. They checked in to make sure the car was in good condition and asked if I needed an extension. It was easy to communicate with them, and they were always responsive. I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car in West Islip. If you’re looking for a specific car, call the local office and ask for Mathew or Geo. They’ll make sure you get the car you reserved. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
