The West Islip Branch and all your Branches that I’ve used. ( NY, NC, CA, NV, FL, OR ) Just to name a few. The convenience of having an Enterprise location everywhere is Outstanding. Prices are a Bit High but I believe it’s worth it. No other Rental Agencies have been able to do what Enterprise does. I’ve rented numerous times from West Islip NY. Recently Manager Hannah, Asst Manager Jeremie, Carlos and the Whole Staff were Amazing. Thanks to all of your Team. Rico

- EHE HApr 30, 20261.0BEWARE!!!!! My experience at Enterprise was extremely disappointing. The vehicles were filthy, dirty inside and out, and had a terrible odor that made them unpleasant to drive. I expected a clean, reliable rental car, but instead received something that felt poorly maintained and unprofessional. The customer service was just as frustrating. The staff seemed unknowledgeable, unhelpful, and unable to answer basic questions or properly assist with concerns. The overall service was disorganized, and the experience left me feeling incredibly frustrated and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service or a clean vehicle. Enterprise seriously needs to improve its cleanliness standards, staff training, and customer service.
