  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Experience — Maurice Deserves Recognition! I had such a wonderful experience at AutoZone today, and I really want to make sure Maurice gets the recognition he deserves! I came in looking for 5W-30 full synthetic oil for my 2001 vehicle. When my sister and I got back to the car, we were trying to pour the oil in ourselves and ended up making a HUGE mess. I was also having trouble with the engine oil cap because there was a lot of gunk around it, and honestly, I don’t know a whole lot about cars, so I was feeling pretty lost. That’s when Maurice came over and helped us without hesitation. He showed us the proper way to pour the oil so we wouldn’t spill it everywhere, explained that the gunk around the oil cap should be cleaned, and took the time to explain why keeping up with oil changes is so important, especially with an older vehicle. He also advised us to make sure we stay on top of oil changes and mentioned changing the oil around every 3,000 miles based on what he was explaining to us about our vehicle. He even took the time to explain something to us about the fuel/exhaust system that I honestly had never been taught before. I may not remember every technical detail, but I genuinely appreciated that he took the time to educate us instead of simply helping us with the oil and sending us on our way. What really stood out to me was that Maurice never made me feel embarrassed for not knowing much about cars. Instead, he was patient, kind, and explained everything in a way that I could actually understand. In only about 10–15 minutes, I learned so much more about taking care of my car. Maurice could have easily walked past us, but instead he noticed that we were struggling and chose to help. That says a lot about the kind of person and employee he is. AutoZone, please recognize Maurice for his outstanding customer service! Employees like him are exactly the reason customers remember a business and want to come back. I truly hope management sees this review and knows how much his help meant to us. If there is an opportunity to recognize him or reward him for his hard work, I sincerely believe he deserves it. Thank you, Maurice, for being so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and willing to teach us. You turned what could have been a stressful and embarrassing situation into a genuinely positive experience. 10/10 customer service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Maurice deserves all the recognition!

  This store was very helpful,I was immediately greeted by an employee I believe was named Matthew, an African American male, who asked how my day was going and if I needed any help I was looking for a fuse, and he showed me where it was and helped me pick out the right one. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. The store managers are doing a great job teaching these Cashiers. Henry

  9 /15/26 1030 am. The entire staff at that time, it should be reeducated on basics of customer service such as say.Hello, thank you Goodbye.These type of basics. I literally went through an entire transaction with the young Latino man working at the counter.He did not say a word to me. I told him what I was there for he got it handed it to me and that was it. Prior to That he was helping another employee buy some candy , that seemed to take a very long time while I stood there and waited there was another young lady standing there doing nothing who could have helped me but did not..
