I don't do many reviews as you all know, of all the places I have given reviews based on service, this particular Mavis location beats them all on awful service. I call to inquire about the availability of a new tire for my svu. The Mavis rep Garry state that they had my tire and would be available at 1:30 pm today. After arriving to Mavis at West Haverstraw and waiting at the counter for the person to acknowledge me I told him of my appointment. He told me that the system had been down and was not aware of my appointment and that my tire was not in the shop. As you can imagine my disappointment and getting upset that no one bothered to call me and notify me. I wasted all morning, when I could have called someplace else for my tire. Their only solution was for me to wait till Monday for my tire. I will never use Mavis ever again nor recommend it to anyone.
