  The manager NANCY was so rude and disrespectful. How she is still working there is a surprise but I guess Enterprise doesn't care about respecting their customers. I had a reservation for a car from my insurance company. All they had was a tiny low to the ground car or a pick up truck. As I just had a bad accident I am in so much pain and could not get into that low to the ground car and a pickup!!! With gas prices and my being a senior citizen what was she thinking. She was mean, rude, and nasty. When I asked her to drive me home NANCY said NO WALK. Very bad customer service I cried the whole way home walking along sunrise highway. And I still have not heard back from management. AVOID THIS PLACE KIM As I was walking home crying, I called enterprise and someone picked up, heard my problems and gave me Assurance that someone would be calling me that was on Tuesday, June 30. I have called enterprise multiple times and spoken to people who told me I would be getting a call. I have not gotten a call yet and it is already one week two days later. So I don’t think you care really care I went to budget on Wednesday, July 1st. Got a great car. Service was excellent. And I just went to West Islip enterprise yesterday and got amazing And respect. So it’s not enterprise it’s your manager, NANCY AT WEST BABYLON that is the problem. I think if you really cared, you’d fix it and you would’ve called me already I’m not reaching out to you. You need to reach You need to research it and find the case number and call me

  My wife, & I were in a car accident. Our auto body shop set us up with enterprise.I enjoy the car we were given a ford escape hybried. The service was great, & i highly recommend this business 👍👍🚙🛻.
